European paper with watermark. Table of contents on fol. 1b-2b. Inscription in Arabic script in black ink on fol. 1a: "Numrah 373". Margins worm-eaten.
Origin: Copy completed on Friday 2 Muḥarram 1038 [Sept. 1, 1628] by Ibrāhīm ibn Darwīsh (colophon, fol. 204a).
