23 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red for "qawluh". Glazed european paper with watermark. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Ṣ Thā 10". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 392".
Copy completed on 3 Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1028 [Feb. 18, 1619] (colophon, fol. 41b).
