Ms. codex. Title from fol. 2b. Copy completed in 1030 (1620-21) -- colophon (fol. 153b). 27 lines per page. Written in a small naskh in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Fol. 2b-3a have a gold leaf frame outlined in black ink, and fol. 3b-4a and 153a have a single line frame in red ink. No catchwords. Thick glazed paper with visible chain lines. Short inscriptions on fol. 1a, 2a and 153b-154b (prayers, invocations, quotations etc.). Water damage to the paper and some repairs.
