Some staining and smudging, marginal paper repairs. Fol. 1 is a replacement. Origin: Beginning of Jumādá II 1015 H [October 1606], by Mustafa bin Peri Hoca ... (fol. 137a-137b). On fol. 137b and back flyleaf are numerous notes ranging in date from 1174 H to 1264 H.
