Title from lower edge; alternate title from front flyleaf by a later hand.
Physical description: 21 lines per page; written in neat naskh in black on cream glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text framed in gold. Top of leaf 1 has been cut away where there was likely an illuminated unvan and has been replaced with machine-made paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Some staining, smudging and tears; mild insect damage and mildewing.
Origin: End of Rabīʻ II 1016 H [August 1607], by Ramazan bin Abdülmennan eş-şehir Kethüda-yı Cenderecizade Mehmet Efendi (leaf 123a).
On leaf 1a, 123a, stamp and note of Osman Mehmet. On leaf 123a, note of Muhyiddin dated 1324 H [1906 or 1907]. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
