Text is written inside a gold leaf frame outlined in black ink, with use of gold circles for breaks within the text. Fol. 2b has an illuminated head piece executed in gold leaf with blue, red, orange, white and purple watercolors. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf...
Ownership statement on fol. 2a in the name of Hilmî ibn Hafız Mehmet Raşit, accompanied by a seal with the inscription "Ḥilmī, Dhū al-Faqār" and the date '289 (1872-73).
