Four illuminated ʻunwāns; floral decorations in triangular spaces in margins. Few marginal notations. Several inscriptions and stamps of ownership. Paper is slightly discolored; occasional water stains. Numerous repairs to edges. Some tears along margins and adjacent to gilt borders. Text block has been trimmed. Binding is red leather over boards. Some scuffing and discoloration. Accompanied by a letter describing the text from Richard Ettinghausen dated Dec. 11, 1947.
