Foliation: v.1: Paper, i + 380 + i; [i], [1-380]; v. 2: Paper, i + 273 + i; [1-273]; v. 3: Paper, 195 + i; [1-195]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto. Many documents have contemporary foliation of their own. All references are to modern foliation.
Script: Written in multiple cursive hands.
Decoration: Genealogical tables of the Torelli family (v. 3, f. 60v, 78v, 134v).
Binding: Half calf (Zacour-Hirsch), 18th-century or later.
