Binding: Contemporary vellum, no. 245 (?) on spine; the heading Quaderno di cambi e ricordi, no. 15 (?) and letter C with decorative penwork on upper cover; lower cover wraps around upper cover with remnants of leather ties; decorative leatherwork on spine.
Watermark: Similar to Briquet, Sirene 13876 (Genoa, 1547).
Foliation: Paper, 144; [1-144], modern foliation in pencil, lower right recto, contemporary pagination; irregular contemporary pagination in Roman and Arabic numbers in ink, upper outer corners (f. 8-15, 29-30, 59-69, 86-90, 98-128 and 132-142 blank).
Script: Written in a cursive script, by multiple hands, including that of Alamanno Gerardi.
