On front cover: Label reading "294" in Arabic script.
Ms. foliated incorrectly beginning on the second front flyleaf. Record follows erroneous foliation.
Physical description: 21 lines per page; written in naskh in black on glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords; entries in large script. Edges sprinkled with magenta ink. Some foxing. Extensive insect damage, mainly marginal, but which has resulted in paper repairs and some loss of text on the last six leaves.
Origin: Copy completed in Jumādá II 1105 H [January-February 1694] (fol. 412a).
Several owner's stamps inked out on fol. 3a-3b, 412a. Stamp of Aḥmad Khvājah dated 1203 H [1788 or 9] (fol. 3b, 412a).
