Includes charts and diagrams in red ink. Occasional marginal annotation. Thin dark cream paper with thick laid lines and fiber. Fol. 1-2 are later added fly-leaves with inscriptions. Collational note on fol. 2a, mentioning the number of leaves and of lines to the page... Inscription in Arabic numerals on a handmade label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "114". Origin: According to colophon, copied by ʻAbd al-Salām Ibn Qiwām al-Dīn Ḥusayn al-Ḥasanī al-Ḥusaynī al-Ṭabāṭabāʻī, Shīrāz, 1 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1031 [Oct. 7, 1622] (fol. 137a, followed by five lines of poetry).
