Physical description: 20 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Arabic quotations written in naskh, vocalized, and overlined in red. Some staining and numerous paper repairs, occasionally resulting in loss of text. Gatherings are loose and some leaves are detached.
Origin: 9 Jumādá II 1099 H [11 April 1688] (fol. 310a).
On fol. 1a, owner's note dated Muḥarram 1348 H [June-July 1929], additional note and stamp in brown ink. On fol. 2a, owner's stamp and note. Stamps on fol. 310b.
