Title from colophon on fol. 314b; also on fol. 1a by a later hand.
Physical description: 29 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; a few marginal notes. Some staining and smudging; paper repairs, mostly marginal, to leaves at beginning and end of ms. Fol. 316 almost completely detached. In fair condition.
On fol. 1a, notes in Persian and the name "Mr. Khan Bakhsh" in Western script. Four different owner's stamps on fol. 316a. Birth notice bearing the date 9 Jumādá II 1340 H [7 February 1922] on fol. 316b.
