Layout: Irregular number of lines (full page or double columns).
Script: Gothic cursive, very rapid; several hands.
Decoration: circle inscribed with pinwheel design on f. 214r.
Binding: Original wooden boards and rough pigskin, with bosses; spine missing, cords exposed.
Origin: Written in Germany, ca. 1448-1450.
Provenance: From the Carthusians of Buxheim; not identified in the sale of Graf Hugo von Waldbott-Bassenheim (Münich, 20 Sept. 1883). Obtained in Germany, in 1893, for the White Library.
