Decoration: 3-line and 8 2-line initials in alternating red and blue, with contrasting penwork in blue or violet and red, respectively, extending vertically in the margins and intercolumnar spaces, prompts and rubrics in red, and cruciform symbols in red and blue
Decoration: Fol. 142.1: 1 5-line initial "M" in gray and gold with white penwork highlights on pink and blue grounds and inhabited by the figure of a gray-bearded St. Andrew in blue robe and vestments and holding a red book

Non-consecutive folios comprising a former bifolium (but cut by the dealer, Boyd Mackus in 2012)
Recycled as a binding fragment, with characteristic rubbing and staining
