Written in an italic script, and illuminated, by Bartolomeo San Vito.
There are 8 illuminated initials (ff. 2r, 3r, 4v, 18v, 49v, 66v, 82v, 97v), and at the bottom of f. 2r the arms of Giovanni Pietro Arrivabene.
Written in Rome for Arrivabene, hence between ca. 1465 when San Vito came to Rome and 1491 when Arrivabene became Bishop of Urbino.
Bound in full tan leather tooled in gilt on both boards and spine by F. Bedford.
