Note:

Written in a gothic book hand in 2 columns with musical notation on a 4-line staff. All 4 leaves contain illuminations.
The illuminations, comprising 4 historiated and 7 illuminated initials, are in the style of Villard de Honnecourt.
Another leaf from this manuscript is cataloged at MS Typ 120.1, with which it is housed and shelved.
In a tray case, 48 cm.
F. 2 given by Philip Hofer, 1981; ff. 1-3 bequeathed by Philip Hofer, 1984; f. 4 given to David Becker by Philip Hofer, and presented by him in honor of Hofer, 1991.
