- Note:
- Written in an upright gothic book hand in black and red, with musical notation. Initial letters are ornamented with grotesque pen-work. Ff. 1r and 90r have illuminated initials.
Perhaps written in Scotland: the large initial on f. 90r is for St. Andrew's day.
Bound in 19th-century blind-tooled brown morocco, with 2 silver clasps, by J. Philip of Aberdeen.
Wrongly stamped "Psalter" on spine.
