Written in three calligraphic scripts: roman for the preface, gothic rotunda for the Tavola, and italic for the main text. All are in black and red, in one column.
The author, probably also the scribe, signs the preface "Pretre Giovanni Vitale di Chiesa de San Marco".
Bound in 19th-century white vellum over boards with an embossed design.
In a tray case, 20 cm.
