- Extent: 10 leaves, bound : paper (ff. 1-4) and vellum (ff. 5-10) ; 24 cm.
- Note:
- Written in a humanistic cursive hand with many swash letters, in black ink. Initial letters of each stanza are alternately in blue and gold. The first initial on f. 1r is illuminated in gold and colors.
On f. 1r and on the front of the binding are painted the Bianchi arms (bendy azure and or, a fess argent) differenced with a chief (per bend indented argent and gules). The sawtooth in the chief is alluded to in the first poem.
Bound in soft sheepskin over paper boards, now loose.
In a tray case, 25 cm.
