The original ms. is paginated i-cxcx [i.e., cc]. 3 leaves at the front contain a table of contents and title page in a later hand.
Initial letters are in gold with white-vine decoration in color. F. 1r has a white-vine border with illuminated initial, miniature of a young king and the arms of King Ferrante I of Aragon and Naples, and his arms.
Bound in original brown morocco (repaired), tooled in blind and gilt, with leather clasps now broken.
In a tray case, 36 cm.
The text was published from a different ms. as Historia de la corona de Aragon (Zaragoza 1876). It is there attributed to Pedro Marsilio.
