Written in a humanistic cursive script by Marche di Bernardo de Bardi "nel prato in piano di Mugnione", dated 14 June 1434 (f. 125v). One historiated initial, illustrating the crucifixion; one miniature, representing St. Bernard in prayer (f. 1r); secondary initials in blue and red with pen flourishes. Bound in contemporary blind-stamped calf with brass bosses. In a tray case, 24 cm. Gift of Stanley J. Kahrl, 1975.
