The document is addressed on the last page to "Nobilibus et sapientibus viris Joanni Michaeli Proviceptori et successoribus" and dated. Another hand has dated the receipt of the ms. 20 May 1582.
Bound in original red morocco in Venice, elaborately carved, painted, and edges gauffered and painted. The front is decorated with the lion of Venice, the back with the arms of the Michieli family.
In a brown morocco pull-off case, 26 cm.
