Written in a humanistic cursive book script with rubrics, and one decorated initial (f. 1r). Bound in vellum. In a protective tray case, 21 cm. Stated (verso of front flyleaf) to have been obtained from Leonardus Aretinus [Bruni] by Cardinal Torquemada, from whom it passed to Juan de Aillon; subsequently belonged to Don Rafael Floranes Robles y Encinas, of Valladolid, and to Felipe de Soto y Posada (inscribed, f. 84v), who gave it to the Marques de Morante, of Madrid (Catalogus, VIII, 1862, p. 635, no. 16023); his sale, Paris, 21 Feb... Bequest of Charles Sumner, 1874.
