Written at the Monastery of Sta. Maria, Guadalupe, in northern Spain.
There are 1 small miniature in tempera and gold (f. 6r) and 3 foliate borders. Many initial letters are in red and blue with pen-work decoration; some are in gold and other colors.
Bound in modern brown suede over wooden boards, with brass bosses, clasp-catches, and corners on front and back.
In a tray case, 46 x 35 cm.
Bookplate of William Inglis Morse, who bought the ms. in Spain ca. 1930.
