- The Latin text is written in a chancery hand in long lines in brown ink, the top line beginning "Clemens" in elongated and ornamental letters.
Dated Rome ("Urbe verteri"), kalends of April in the fifth year of the pope's pontificate.
With a lead seal on a red and yellow plaited cord laced through the bottom of the document. The seal shows "Clemens PP VII" on the obverse.
Lippus Ghisilerius is appointed in place of Jacobus Bernardinus.
Glazed and in a frame, 52 x 60 cm.
In a tray case, 83 x 65 cm.
