Written and illuminated in Italy, possibly Cremona, in the scriptorium of the brothers Gadio and painted by Baldassare Coldiradi and assistants for a Franciscan (Observant) monastery.
Begins and ends imperfectly; psalter with versicles, responses and hymns (not noted), containing offices for matins and lauds on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and proper hymns.
