Note:

The Latin text is written in a chancery hand in long lines in brownish ink.
The document is dated ii nonas August (i.e., 4 Aug.) in the first year of the Pope's pontificate, i.e. 1265. It is not signed.
The seal shows "Clemens PP IIII" on the obverse and the faces of SS. Peter and Paul on the reverse.
In a four-flap folder within a tray case.
