- Written in a gothic rotunda hand, 14 lines per page, initial letters in red and blue. Major initials are decorated with elaborate pen-work.
There are 2 historiated initials incorporating death's heads, and 6 foliate borders including various animals. These are probably the work of the Venetian artist Cristoforo Cortese.
