Written in an upright humanistic hand in brown ink in 1 column. Date from colophon, f. 159v. Colored 7-line initial letters for each book, which were lacking in the original ms., were supplied by Irene Wellington in 1955 (her added colophon, f. 159v). Bound in dark brown blind-tooled morocco. In a tray case, 29 cm. Butler sale, Sotheby's 19 July 1924 (note inside front board) -- C. S. Ascherson (bookplate). Deposited by Philip Hofer, 1967; bequeathed, 1984.
