Written in a north Italian gothic book-hand in two columns, in brownish ink, initial letters in red and blue. There are annotations in a minute hand in the margins.
There are 19 large illuminated initials with foliate and grotesque borders.
Bound in 17th-century limp vellum.
In a tray case, 38 cm.
Bookplate of Sir A. Chester Beatty, with note "W. MS. XII"
