The Latin text is written in a gothic book-hand in black ink in two columns, the principal text being surrounded by commentary in two columns in smaller writing. Initial letters are in red and blue many with elaborate pen-work decoration. Ff. 91-127 are in a different, rotunda, hand.
There are 11 historiated initials and 6 other illuminated initials.
Bound in 18th-century vellum.
In a tray case, 43 cm.
