Extent: 65 leaves, bound : vellum and paper ; 38 cm.

Note:

The Latin text is written in a large Italian rotunda hand in black and red, 10 lines per page. The ms. has lacunae after f. 30. Ff. 1-3 (which are paper) and 64-65 are from other mss.
There are 16 large historiated initials, depicting the bishop putting on his several vestments.
Bound in modern blind-tooled blue morocco by Arno Werner.
In a tray case, 40 cm.
Deposited by Philip Hofer, 1967; bequeathed, 1984.
