- Written in a gothic rotunda book hand in black ink, with red rubrics, in one column. Small initial letters are in blue or burnished gold with pen-work decoration.
There are 4 large and 11 small historiated initials in colors, silver and gold. There are 12 full foliate borders, and other part-borders, by the Master of the Suffrages (see Katzenstein).
On f. 13r the border incorporates arms impaling those of Queen Isabella di Chiaromonte (1404-65) and her husband Ferrante (king of Naples from 1458).
Bound in old blue velvet over wooden boards.
In a tray case, 20 cm.
