Extent: 96 leaves : paper ; 336 x 117 mm bound to 339 x 134 mm

Note:

Layout: Written in 2 columns with vertical bounding lines in lead; the large column on the left with the name of the counterpart and a brief description of the transaction, and the smaller one on the right with the amount of the transaction. Sometimes long lines are also used.
Forms part of: Gondi-Medici Business Records.
Title supplied by cataloger.
Foliation: Paper, 96; [1], 2-44, 44, 45, 47-50, [51-96]; contemporary foliation in ink, modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto (f. 50-96 are blank but ruled).
Ms. codex.
Script: Written in cursive script, perhaps by multiple hands.
Watermark: Similar to Briquet, Echelle 5926 (Siena, 1524).
Binding: Modern vellum; previous binding had no. 164 on contemporary slip attached on spine (Zacour-Hirsch).
Origin: Written in Italy between 1535 (f. 1v) and 1536 (f. 6v).
