Excerpt from Giorgio Valla's De expetendis et fugiendis rebus opus written in Italy towards the beginning of the sixteenth century. Bound after Astrolabii canones. [Venice: Paganinus de Paganinis, approximately 1497-1498] (RB 100304).
ff. 1-5 verso. Paper. Layout: 16(-1). 33-34 long lines. Watermark(s): Sirène, somewhat similar to Briquet 13891, Rome 1531-35. Written in an Italian gothic littera currens. Rubrics and arithmetical tables carefully entered. Modern pencil foliation in the printer book, 1-30, and in the manuscript, in the same hand, 85-89.
