"678" in an early modern hand on a label on the spine. Belonged to Leander van Ess; his number "404" in pale red ink on the first leaf of the printed book. Sold by him to Sir Thomas Phillipps. On a printed paper label on the upper spine, "130" corrected by hand to "630," the number of this book in the Catalogus Incunabulorum of former van Ess books in the Phillipps collection.
