Visible on the strip of the white leather binding which extends beyond the pink leather turn-in on the front cover, 16th c. inscription "Liber Ric. clere [?] rectoris sancti panc[...?] [...?] Edward Horden." On f. 1, "Sum Gulielmi Moore 1657" and on f. 244, "William Moore [?]." In modern pencil on the front pastedown "£ 300," underlined.
