Span folios: ff. 1-672v.
Decoration: On f. 1, 6-line historiated initial in blue and pink, of Jerome at his desk, with a biting animal head on the prolongation of the letter. On f. 5, historiated Genesis initial the length of the text depicting the days of the Creation on alternating silver and red mandorlas; below the text space, a miniature of the Crucifixion.
Other Decoration: 6- and 5-line parted red and blue initials with flourishing in both colors, sometimes extending into a cascade border. 2-line initials alternating red with blue flourishing and blue with red, with cascade borders.
Some later marginalia, possibly in an English hand, s. XV, on ff. 286v, 289, 294v.
