Other Decoration: 4- and 3-line gold initials on white-patterned blue/maroon grounds; the initial on f. 127 with a spray of blue and maroon leaves; paragraph marks alternating gold with ink flourishing and blue with red. Running headlines across the opening, omitted on ff. 9v-20v; chapter numbers in the outer margins; marginal notes in the hands of the scribes.
Opening leaf for the abridgment of statutes and for each king's statutes excised, except for that on f. 71, where the opening initial has been cut away and the hole repaired with blank parchment.
