Span folios: ff. 1-195v.
Other Decoration: : 8- to 5-line spaces reserved for initials; opening initial on f. 128, 8-line, in blue with red flourishing; paragraph marks in red throughout. Running headlines in the hand of the scribe, mostly cropped.
On some leaves where original headline has been cropped, a fifteenth century hand has supplied the title. Finding notes in the register of writs in the hand of the scribe. Erased note in lower margin of f. 5.
