Collation: Paper, 90; 1-194 206 21-224; [1], 2-162, [163-180]; contemporary printed pagination, modern pagination in pencil, upper outer corners.
Script: Annotations in a minuscule hand.
Binding: Contract in Latin on parchment, lacking beginning, probably in a French hand (Martayan Lan).
Origin: Probably annotated in Paris, after 1543.
Formerly owned by Giuliano Attilio Piovano (bookplate on verso of vellum reinforcement, G. A. Piovano, with motto Panta kai ouden, and inscription "All' amico Piovano con franca amicizia, [G. Vitalis?], Torino, XXII Settembre del MCMXII, p. 180).
