Collation: Paper, 90; 1-19⁴ 20⁶ 21-22⁴; [1], 2-162, [163-180]; contemporary printed pagination, modern pagination in pencil, upper outer corners.
Binding: Contract in Latin on parchment, lacking beginning, probably in a French hand (Martayan Lan).
