Watermark(s): Unidentified watermark of a coat of arms containing 3 rings and "ICF" below the shield.
Span folios: ff. 1-24v + 25-45v.
Contemporary foliation on the parchment leaves, 1-19, in arabic numerals; the paper leaves, ff. 25-45, all blank, were added at the end in modern times to bulk out the binding.
