Catchwords on quires 8, 15; occasional binder's signatures. In long lines of varying numbers, lightly ruled in lead point, single bounding lines.
Span folios: ff. 1-138.
Other Decoration: The initials in both parts of the text, that by John Waller and that by the other main writer, are by the same person; the flourishing has not been added to the section of the manuscript written by Waller.
On f. 9, the rubric ending, "Que carte transcripte erant per manus [sic] domini Iohannis Waller Sacriste de Bello. Anno Regni Regis henrici quarti post conquestum decimo et undecimo," offering the internal date of 1408-1410 for part of the codex.
