Foliation: Paper, 48; [1-48]; modern foliation in pencil, lower right recto; some contemporary pagination in ink, upper outer corners 3-18 (f. 5r-13v).
Watermark: Crescent on two-legged table (for example f. 1, 2); monogrammed S in circular coat of arms (f. 13, 14); crown over heart-shaped coat of arms (f. 25, 28); hourglass-like figure surrounded by oval coat of arms (f. 39, 41).
Decoration: In the printed text, initials of new sections illustrated with leaves and some figures. Pen-flourished initials in catalogs. Coat of arms of Solikowski (f. 4v). Engraving of Mary, Jesus and St. Anne (f. 4r).
Script: Written in various cursive scripts, with some headings in calligraphic bookhands.
Layout: In brothers' catalog, entries for 1595-1619 in 2 columns with vertical bounding lines in ink. In catalog of deceased members, 3 columns with vertical bounding lines in ink. In sisters' catalog, 2 columns with vertical bounding lines in ink throughout.
Binding: Late 16th-century vellum (Zacour-Hirsch), with remnants of two leather straps on upper and lower covers.
