Manuscript is one volume of a two-volume set with Ms. Coll. 390, Item 2675. Likely formerly owned by and possibly copied by the early 20th-century art historian Ananda Kentish Coomaraswamy (book plate with his name, Norman Chapel, Broad Campden). Donated to the University of Pennsylvania before 1938.
