Manuscript is one volume of a two-volume set with Ms. Coll. 390, Item 2672. Formerly owned by and possibly copied by the early 20th century art historian Ananda Kentish Coomaraswamy. Manuscript was copied from another manuscript owned by Kirihami Muhandiri who lived in Embulpure, Harispatuwa in Sri Lanka (front folio iv recto).
