Written in 6 lines per section. 1 leaf with 21 sections folded in an accordion fashion. Colophon: iti śrīrudrayāmale mahātaṃtre kauśipaṃcamīstavarājaḥ samāptaḥ // śubhaṃ // (f. 1v). Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins. Treated with a gold-flecked pigment wash for protection from insects.
