Colophon: iti jyotiṣkedāre horāvalyāṃ tājakaviṭhape 'ṣṭamapaṃllavaḥ 8 horāvalli // 3 // (f. 46v).
Mistakes blacked out; some corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double red line.
A single board supports the manuscript. It has a flower drawn in black in the center, along with a Sanskrit prayer dedicated to the deity Gaṇeśa.
