Extent: 12 leaves : paper ; 288 x 110 mm bound to 292 x 122 mm

Title from upper cover.
Collation: 16 24, with a bifolium enclosing both gatherings. Link to collation model at end of record.
Script: Written in a Gothic cursive script, with two entries on the first leaf in a later hand.
Watermark: Similar to Briquet, Raisin 13047 (Savoie, 1499; Provence, 1474?-1499).
Binding: Contemporary limp vellum with rough stitching.
Origin: Written in Dauphiné in the late 15th century (Zacour-Hirsch), with entries from 1514 and 1526 on the first page.
Sold by Francis Roux-Devillas (Paris), 1962.
